Kelowna

“[Psaul’s] foster parents had moved where the weather was the calmest, Kelowna, BC, just for his sake.”

Kelowna is the largest city in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, where the weather and climate are influenced by the Canadian Coastal and Cascade mountain ranges. These hills protect Kelowna from the cold arctic weather that can come from the pacific ocean. Bordering Okanagan Lake, Kelowna is well known for its hot summers and temperate winters. It is also recognized as the most stable, at least weather-wise, of the Canadian cities.
